Mental health issues affect 35% of college students at any given point and have been increasing in numbers over the past 10 years. With such a large portion of the student population affected by these issues, there is still a sizable lack of accessible services that universities across the country have put in place to support their student body. This pain point is what brought Opaque into fruition. Opaque is an anonymous, virtual therapy platform that is led by peer mentors and provides support groups for students all across the country without compromising their privacy.
